All of our printed products are made to order and shipped directly to you after production. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing & Fulfilment Times
Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 24–48 hours of payment. Printing and quality checks generally take 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders within Australia arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of order. International delivery times may vary.
Please note: Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is included in the price of all printed products. You will not be charged additional shipping fees at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable global production partners, occasional delays can happen due to postal disruptions, customs, or high-volume periods. We’re always here to help if your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.
