Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or correction if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was sent

  • There is a clear printing or production error (e.g. missing pages, formatting issues)

To request a review, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos and your order details. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

Please Note

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Postal delays outside of our control

  • General dissatisfaction or change of mind after purchase
